David Constant plays Mike Clarke opposite David Hayman in Chris Crow's thrilling new Feature Film The Ballad of Billy McCrae. The film is set to release in cinemas this year in late Autumn. The Ballad of Billy McCrae, shot in 2019 for Cymru Films, focuses on a man with a shady business past who returns to his home town in Wales after losing a fortune in Canada.
